Does your job include influencing, persuading and negotiating with people…? If so this is the course for you!
During this one day workshop you will learn how to use and improve your negotiation skills to facilitate decisions and agreements that achieve results. You will learn how to improve your negotiation and communication skills to enable and create decisions that achieve win/win outcomes. Suitable for anyone who has to negotiate at any level, this could be within the retail / hospitality environment as well as office based or commercial roles.
This course will help you to motivate yourself and your team by energising communication skills and creating those desired outcomes. It will also help anyone to develop a reasoned argument in any situation using influencing, persuading and negotiating skills.
Group sizes are normally between 8 and 12 delegates; this helps to maximise on the personal support given to each individual person. Courses run between 9.30 and 16.30 with lunch and refreshments provided on the day. Delegates are able to keep their full course manual for future reference.
