Sales Skills is a 1-day training course held here at Somerset College in Taunton. This dynamic training course offers delegates the opportunity to work alongside professionals from other businesses, giving the opportunity to gain from group experiences.
The course is designed to provide delegates with the opportunity to understand the selling process and develop their skills and confidence to increase sales. We will also introduce concepts of selling and order taking alongside expanding on your ability to recognise selling opportunities and understand why people buy.
You will also widen your knowledge and practical skills when using selling techniques, whether via telephone or face-to-face.
Group sizes are normally between 8 and 12 delegates; this helps to maximise on the personal support given to each individual person. Courses run between 9.30 and 16.30 with lunch and refreshments provided on the day. Delegates are able to keep their full course manual for future reference.
