Description

Effective Interviewing Skills is a 1-day training course held here at Somerset College in Taunton. This dynamic training course offers delegates the opportunity to work alongside professionals from other businesses, giving the opportunity to gain from group experiences.

This packed course is full of useful hints, tips and techniques to help you structure interviews ask critical questions and present your company in a positive light. The course objectives include helping you to boost your confidence, and give self reassurance that you have recruited the most suitable candidate for the role in hand and also for the company.

Anyone who is new to or involved in the recruiting process will greatly benefit from attending this short course.

Group sizes are normally between 8 and 12 delegates; this helps to maximise on the personal support given to each individual person. Courses run between 9.30 and 16.30 with lunch and refreshments provided on the day. Delegates are able to keep their full course manual for future reference.
