Description
Recruiting and Selecting People is a 1-day training course held here at Somerset College in Taunton. This dynamic training course offers delegates the opportunity to work alongside professionals from other businesses, giving the opportunity to gain from group experiences.
This practical based course will provide you with a step-by-step approach to the recruitment and selection process. From how to structure your interview to presenting your company to attract the right candidates, this day is packed with hints and tips to guide you successfully through the recruitment procedure.
The course is suitable for anyone who is involved in recruiting or maybe in the future and for small companies.
Group sizes are normally between 8 and 12 delegates; this helps to maximise on the personal support given to each individual person. Courses run between 9.30 and 16.30 with lunch and refreshments provided on the day. Delegates are able to keep their full course manual for future reference.
