Description
Team Leading and Building is a 1-day training course held here at Somerset College in Taunton. This dynamic training course offers delegates the opportunity to work alongside professionals from other businesses, giving the opportunity to gain from group experiences.
The course will provide you with current theories and practices for building effective teams with the aim of maximising impact. It also covers several aspects of team working including motivation, leadership and co-operation and demonstrates how these can be developed into a cohesive strategy.
This course is suitable for anyone who is responsible for a team of people including those managing small businesses with less than 10 employees.
Group sizes are normally between 8 and 12 delegates; this helps to maximise on the personal support given to each individual person. Courses run between 9.30 and 16.30 with lunch and refreshments provided on the day. Delegates are able to keep their full course manual for future reference.
